The Upper House is home to Café Gray Deluxe, a 21st-century grand café perched high above Hong Kong on the 49th floor. Chef Gray Kunz, born in Hong Kong, raised in Switzerland, and most recently head chef at several highly acclaimed New York City restaurants, presents a menu that explores nutrition and conscious dining, all while serving food that is as delicious as it is beautiful.
Enjoy a hearty and healthy breakfast of ten-grain hot cereal with stewed raspberries, agave syrup, and milk. In the evening, savor a lamb steak with crushed sweet peas and mint butter, or sip on a glass of fine wine at the seductive bar while marveling over the sparkling city below you. Café Gray Deluxe also has a private dining room for secluded functions. The restaurant is open from mid morning to late evening, and room service also is available for guests at The Upper House.
