I had book Artyzen for my wife birthday and our anniversary. It was a 3D2N stay. Upon reaching the hotel it came as a surprise they had upgraded us to a suite and they had prepared a lovingly surprise for us with nicely decorated balloons. The room is so huge which you can see from the photos. It was a truly remarkable stay. The staffs are all very attentive and the bed is so comfy that both me and my wife fall asleep instantly. We had stayed in local hotels from 5 stars to 4 stars and we are picky sleepers as we had difficulty falling asleep in unfamiliar bed. We even went to dig what brand the bed was and it was sealy! The breakfast is also very good and though Ala carte, they don’t restrict you to number of orders. The chili crab omelette and the noodle soup is so nice with the latter milky pork broth so tasty with no tinge of msg. And I need to recommend their coffee! Their flat white and americano, it was so so so good. Coming from a Hainanese family, I am very picky when it comes to coffee and normally I won’t choose the western coffee over Asian coffee but what they provided wins hand down! I went to google and it seems it was from Bacha. Artyzen had really capture our heart and we will definitely be back next year for my wife birthday and anniversary!

Besides the good location, the hotel's design and interior are very beautifully styled. Especially looks green with lots of trees. The room was also surprisingly large spacy and comfortable. But it is lagging behind in service site. Seems like the hotel doesnot have enough staffs. Upon arrival no help with the luggage. Then, although we arrived already at over 4pm (passed the usual check in time) the room was still not ready and we had to wait for over 1 hour. Good thing still that they offered us tea and coffee while waiting and also free breakfast as compensation. But still it needs better management in staffing and better service for that class of hotel and not cheap price to stay.

I would rate 3.5 stars. When I arrived in a cab, there was no doorman to take my luggage from the cab. I took in my suitcase and was met at the door by the front office staff who brought me to the check-in counter. I was given an upgrade but as my room wasn't ready, complimentary drinks were given. Service was good in that respect. Housekeeping service was good in responding to requests. The room is well designed with a separate toilet and bathroom. It's good that a hair tie was included among the amenities. The welcome snacks were good. Food at Cafe Quenino is good. What could be improved upon: 1. I wasn't informed of the WiFi password at check-in so had to call guest services for it. Usually the WiFi password is given at check-in. 2. It's strange that there was no doorman to assist with luggage at check-in time of 3 pm but a couple of doormen hanging around the next day in the morning. 3. Only 3 teabags, one of each type of tea, were provided, so I had to call to ask for more. 3. Only one bathrobe and that must have been meant for a tall man. The length of the bathrobe reached to the floor. Anyone shorter than 1.57 metres would have a trailing bathrobe. 4. Internet connection was unstable as the video I was watching kept buffering so I used my own mobile data. 5. No pillow menu that I'm aware of though other reviews have mentioned one. If so, it wasn't brought to my attention. I didn't see any though I looked through the hotel menu in the room.

Exceptional Service from Rachel – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at Artyzen with my girlfriend, and we were truly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Rachel. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. What really stood out was her genuine effort to go the extra mile — she even offered to upgrade our room and thoughtfully asked for our preference regarding the balcony. Rachel is not only professional, but also warm, friendly, and attentive. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her excellent service and positive attitude. Big thumbs up to Rachel — she’s a gem! We highly recommend her to anyone visiting. May she continue to prosper in her role and rise to even greater heights in her career. Thank you once again for the memorable experience!
