Steps From The Old Market Historic District
Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium: The giant indoor jungle and rainforest are popular stops, but don't miss the swamp under Desert Dome and the skytram above the giraffes (extra points for feeding stingrays and riding camels).
Old Market Historic District: Wander the cobblestone streets or hop in a horse-drawn carriage to explore unique restaurants, art galleries, and brewpubs (the folks at Upstream Brewery make a killer bowl of beer-cheese soup). Stop by the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays (May - October) for free nibbles and live music.
TD Ameritrade Park: The ballpark has been hosting the College World Series since 2011 and will continue to do so until at least 2035. If you come in the spring, you can catch the Creighton University Bluejays compete and check this one off the ‘ol bucket list.
