Serene, luxurious guestrooms and suites, including two Castle suites in the Château towers, embrace the exceptional beauty of the landscape surrounding Château de Chailly.
Classic and Prestige guestrooms located in both wings of the castle, some with small terraces offering golf course or countryside views, have large marble baths with separate deep soaking tubs, and a small sitting area or workspace. Family guestrooms have a separate sitting area divided by a sliding door and a convertible sofa.
In the south wing of the building, intimate Junior suites include cozy lounge areas, generous beds, and large marble baths with deep soaking tubs and locally-produced toiletries made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Burgundy grape extracts.

Headed by Chef Alexandre Clochet-Rousselet, two gourmet restaurants offer menus dominated by local, organic ingredients produced by farmers in the region, paired with wine selected by the expert sommelier.
Restaurant l'Armançon – Served in an elegant and refined setting, classic Burgundy cuisine is created with locally sourced products, including snails, beef, trout, lamb, and only freshwater fish from local rivers and lakes, followed by sticky crêpes Suzette or vanilla soufflé. In the summer, meals are served on the terrace in the inner courtyard of the castle.
Bistrot Le Rubillon – Offering a simpler, but no less remarkable dining experience, Bistrot Le Rubillon is located in the Château’s original kitchens and features many Burgundian classics such as poached egg in a red wine sauce, beef bourguignon, and Burgundy fondue.
Rubillon – This stone-vaulted breakfast room located on the garden level of the castle offers breakfast daily. In the summer, guests enjoy breakfast on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the golf course and the swimming pool.
The Bars – Lion's Bar in the inner courtyard and Sports Bar are perfect places to relax next to the fireplace or on the terrace after a round of golf. Enjoy creative cocktails, a selection of specialty whiskeys, rums, and gins, and an extensive wine list featuring Burgundy’s finest crus.
