The Lesante Classic is well kept, clean and quiet. It's a good location for families. The only negative points that I found were: - The pool is closed to the patrons before 10 am and after 7 pm, which is ridiculous in summer, where it's hot until late in the night and tours happen during the opening hours. - The tiles beside the pool are way too slippery My sister hurt herself there on her first day . My mother and myself almost fell on a few occasions. - The price of water bottles and clothes cleaning is really too high, especially given the overall value of the place. - The scrambled eggs in the buffet have a strange taste. Maybe time to review the recipe? Other people commented on that point. - The cleaning ladies still entered the rooms when we clearly needed to use the room quickly for the washroom. This being said, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. Props to the woman who helps organize events on the island - she is terrific! The rooms are well cleaned and the food is very good overall.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was always friendly, warm, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel itself is very clean and beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. But the highlight for us was definitely the cuisine – it exceeded all expectations! Every meal was a delightful surprise, full of flavor and beautifully presented, showcasing both creativity and quality ingredients. If you’re looking for a place where hospitality meets excellence, this is the hotel for you. Five stars without hesitation!

Nice small hotel. Rooms are freshly renovated, pool is nice, so is the service and food. Staff was very nice except for one lady at the front desk, which was rather busy defending than listening, sadly we had too much interaction with her. It's a small pretty hotel, a short but not very scenic walk away from the beach with no views and definitely overpriced for the facilities as well as the restaurants - I would expect it in the classification and price range of a four star hotel.

The rooms are decorated fine but they are extremely noisy, we could hear the people walking on the hallway , screaming , playing like inside the room. The cleaning ladies are really lound and don’t care about not slamming the doors or dropping glasses or plates on the ground at exactly the hours between 12-2 pm. The cleaning ladies also do not respect the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they entered the room twice while we were inside with the red sign on. They also have some music moments by the pool with music blasting until after 11 pm , making it impossible to sleep with our 2 year old, given the poor sound proof quality of the room. Breakfast is ok except the scrambled eggs that are always full because they taste funny. The bathroom in a premium deluxe room has a big wide window watching the bedroom, with a curtain that you can pull so you can use the toilet for example, except that our’s did not come all the way down and let a good 10 cm free window for you to see who is on the toilet.

What an amazing stay at Lesante Classic! Would highly recommend. The rooms and hotel in general was always clean, the rooms were spacious and fresh towels always available. Beds comfy and air con was fantastic. Our son is a really fussy eater and always has something to eat, they would make him something if there was nothing he liked. We did half board and the food was perfect. The evening meal was more focused towards the adults (of the menu) but our kids always left with full stomachs. Couldn’t fault the food in anyway! All the staff were amazing and couldn’t be more accommodating, who ever we came into contact with couldn’t be nicer. Andy at the pool bar was fantastic and is a credit to the hotel, always going out his way to make our holiday amazing! The spa was also amazing, treatments were great - just remember to pre book as the spaces do fill up quick. Some people have said about the sunbeds, however we never had a problem. We was a large family party (25 of us for a week) and always got beds (mostly for just the adults not kids!) and if we couldn’t the staff couldn’t of been more helpful in locating a bed and umbrella for us. Yes you do need to get up early but luckily for us we have kids who can’t wait to have breakfast and be in the pool, so where out there early. The staff will however remove towels if the beds are not used by mid morning to free up beds. But there was always beds available! Thank you to all the staff! You’re all amazing!
