Terms & Conditions

• Reservations must be made through Preferred Hotels & Resorts North America Redemption Desk ONLY.
• Reservations must be booked at least 20 days prior to desired arrival
• Reservations are not confirmed until a confirmation number has been issued by Preferred Hotels & Resorts
• Room Nights are for single/double occupancy only and for room-only accommodation
• Any additional applicable taxes and fees are payable to the hotel directly
• Stays must be completed according to the terms of your Auction

A passport is now required for ALL international travel. In general, your passport must be valid for at least six months after the date you enter a foreign country. A travel visa may also be required. CIBTVisas offers assistance with passport or visa services.
