HOW TO REQUEST A STAY:

1. Search for your next destination using the location or hotel name filters. Only hotels on this page are included in the program.
2. Use the calendar to check availability and see rates.
3. Request availability — only Preferred employees can submit requests for themselves or family via the program form on SharePoint under VIP Desk. VIP Desk will respond in three business days on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests will not be accepted via email or phone.
4. If a reservation is booked, Preferred will collect credit card details in a PCI-compliant way — only by phone or fax — which will be communicated with the availability results.
5. If the length of stay requested is longer than the number of nights available at the special rate, the VIP Desk will provide standard rates for additional nights.

Terms & Conditions

Offer subject to special inventory availability as determined by Preferred VIP Desk at time of booking. Only reservations made via the Preferred VIP Desk are honored for this program. Bookings are not available online. Special Rate is for base/standard room, the room name may vary from hotel to hotel.
Displayed rates are already discounted and are for single/double occupancy ONLY and are inclusive of tax. Resort/service fees are not included. Customers are responsible for all incidentals such as, but not limited to: food and beverage, resort fees, telephone, fitness center, laundry, etc.
