Flexible Contract Terms

• Reduced initial deposit requirements
• Flexible payment terms, including phased or delayed deposit schedules
• Allowable attrition of 15-25% on contracted room blocks
• Additional incentive(s) for multi-year programs contracted simultaneously
• One-time rebooking credit of up to 50% of cancellation fees for use within 12-18 months, provided the original program is cancelled at least 120 days prior to arrival

AND

• Pick 2 concessions on bookings up to $49,999 in rooms revenue value
• Pick 3 concessions on bookings up to $99,999 in rooms revenue value
• Pick 4 concessions on bookings over $100,000 in rooms revenue value

Minimum $10,000 spend. Based solely on guestroom revenue.

 

Concession Selections

• 10% discount on banquet menus (alcohol excluded)
• Reduced F&B minimum clause (up to 10% reduction from standard requirement)
• Up to 20% discount on golf or spa (if available)
• Waived resort fee
• 10% discount on in-house AV services
• One complimentary guestroom per 30 paid guestrooms
• Up to five upgrades at a group rate
• One complimentary coffee break enhancement
• One-hour private reception with beer and wine
