Would Continue to Stay Again - Spa was Amazing!

Tue Aug 19 2025 13:35:49 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time) by amandapanda2

Edited my Review to include Spa Experience ** I have stayed at the Red Rock Casino twice, both in the summer time between July and August. I love the summer months because although hot, there are much less crowds. My stay was pleasant— the check-in was smooth and the gal that greeted me was nice. They directed me to the VIP check-in where I was able to get my key card promptly. For my August travel, I stayed here from Friday-Monday. I had a room with 2 queens for my friend and I which overlooked the pool and mountains on the 17th floor. The bathrooms and room were clean. I didn’t have any issues with the bathroom sinks or plumbing, everything worked fine for me. When I pressed the button for room service to make up my bed when I left in the morning, it was done by the time I got back to the hotel in late afternoon. My room was clean as well, and I had so many pillows with different fluffiness for when I wanted a flatter pillow or more firm pillow. My friend contacted the concierge a couple of times since she had questions on the business center and the concierge answered promptly and directed her the best solution to resolve what she needed. We also booked massages at the Spa which was amazing!! The massages for us were amazing and loved that we could use the saunas and pools for the duration the spa was open, even after the massages were completed. That was an extremely good value and I would definitely go to the spa every time I stay now. The saunas inside were clean, it was clothing optional and I felt safe inside the area. We spent hours laying around the private pool. The valet service guys were super nice, one individual was kind enough to take our photos in front of the hotel. Loved our VIP experience and our interactions with all the employees there! I do agree with guests who mention the noise. On Saturdays, there is significantly loud music that I can hear from the 17th floor from the Casino’s club area by the pool. The event is clearly stated inside the casino so it’s not a surprise for their Saturday events. The bass of the music can be heard from my room from 10PM to 130AM. With that said, my friend was able to sleep through it but I was kept awake. Generally, it’s not an issue since I’d generally read or watch television. It was challenging in this instance as I needed to be up at 6AM the next day and couldn’t get to sleep until the club music stopped. If you stay on a Saturday, I would recommend to have a room on the opposite side of the pool if you are a light sleeper or go join the club music until it closes Haha Otherwise, staying on a business day or Sundays, you shouldn’t have any issue with the noise from the pool or club as it is relatively quiet those nights. I also really liked the pool outside. It was nice to relax in and there were lots of pools available to hang out in. Didn’t have concerns with service at the Sandbar or getting my drinks either. Other than that, cleanliness was on point, friendliness on point, and I enjoyed all the restaurants inside the casino! The valet was also really nice and friendly!

Overall mediocre for the price and being far from the strip. Pros- restaurants on site were good and all service in restaurants was really great. Very attentive. Interior of casino and main areas is well kept and fine. Pool area is clean. Room Attendants were quick to bring supplies towels etc and very kind. Cons- Overpriced for what you get. All rooms are called luxury but they are not. Requested 2 queens due to sleeping needs. When we checked in at 6 pm all Queen rooms were gone so the option I was given was to pay an additional $35/night for a rollaway bed. King beds are absolutely not king size. They are queens they call kings. Even though it’s currently 109 degrees you are not permitted to bring a bottle of your own water to pool so you are forced to buy water bottles from them at a high cost. No outside food at pool either. I’ve stayed at many hotels on the strip and I would choose one of those next time.

Enjoyable Stay

Great location and beautiful hotel. We liked our room and daily service. We tried a different restaurant in the hotel every night and our experiences were all very good and so was room service! We booked a day at the spa and enjoyed the privacy of the spa pool and spa amenities. Our room faced Vegas with a view of the nearby Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Aviators, minor league baseball team. We attended a couple of games and had a great time. The walk to the stadium was short and we felt safe in the area.

usually a fan of staying here but what is our usual escape started off rough with no solutions to anything. arrived late and upon check in one of my rooms was canceled. said my offer code wasnt allowed to be used on my second room, ok fair, but got a cancellation literally upon arrival. i asked okay well i still need a second room, which the response was oh well we dont have anymore. im not allowed to cancel within 72h but they can cancel as im walking in. ive had no issues prior to this visit with booking multiple rooms and no solutions. secondly i had requested for my husbands and mines room to be connected as we have small children and wed like to stay together. which again, had never been a problem prior to this visit, but now we are on opposite ends of the same floor
