From the moment we arrived,we were greeted with friendly and impeccable service. The staff went beyond to make our stay truly memorable,to our personalized check-in to the attentive front person who anticipated our every need. The room was beautifully designed also incredibly clean. The spa was a true oasis offering a wide arrangement of treatments and a serene atmosphere. My son in-law took advantage of all the sporting events.the dining was exceptional, steak was as good as my recent trip to Montana. The lodge’s location offered a peaceful retreat exceeding all expectations and delivered a luxurious unforgettable experience. White Lotus of Rhode Island . Rita DiJulio

My family just got home from a wonderful experience at The Hobbit House Experience at The Preserve. We wish we could give it more than 5 stars! The building and surrounding was beautiful. The food was delicious! The staff fantastic! Giselle and Noella (sorry for any misspelling) were friendly and made a great event even more special. A huge thank you to them both!

Went for Easter brunch, was a little disappointed. Had a reservation at 230 for 5 people. When we arrived the hostess brought us to a four top, with 3 chairs? We all stood there watching them make a 4 top into a 5 top. There were larger tables available that were not being used, and was never set for the brunch. Asked where the charcuterie table was, and was told the chef decided not to put it out today. Ran out of snail salad, ran out of bacon. Reach out if you would like the rest of my review.

This hotel is way overpriced for what they offered. The staff is quite limited. When you needed extra towels or other toiletries, it took over two hours for them to arrive. When asked why, the response is we are limited on staff. When paying over a thousand a night, the hotel still is unwilling to add extra staff. The same story with the restaurant and other facilities, such as the spa, that are understaffed. The food at the restaurant is decent but nothing special at all. Once again, not what one would expect from an a supposed 5 star hotel. Also, the hotel has maintenance issues, such as furniture that is broken. It is prices as a 5 star hotel but operates more on a 3 star level.
