Recently remodeled with a retro vibe. I liked the wallpaper and am personally glad to see wallpaper making a comeback. I was there for a meeting so I mostly ate catered food provided, which was very good. I did get a tuna salad snack plate from the coffee shop that was yummy. Lobby bar was fun. Our meeting kept them busy. Front desk staff exceptionally nice and helpful. Item of note -- tips are already included at lobby bar and coffee shop. It's a 20% service charge but staff did indicate it goes to them.

I made a reservation at the PGA National Resort for October 2024. I canceled it well before the cancellation deadline and then I booked it and prepaid through booking.com. The resort charged my credit card anyway. I had to call them many times to credit back the charge. They finally credited it back to my CC, but then two months later charged my card again. I have been on the phone with the credit card company several times disputing the charge. Do Not Stay Here!! They are thieves!!

My Florida Kiwanis Organization all went for a 4 day convention, and it was the most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was extremely gracious and accommodating! The room was huge and always kept very clean! The ballroom spaces were perfect for our large size of members!
