Hotel is right on the Warf. Great location. The staff were friendly and professional. Expensive to eat there, but everything is relative to the location. We happened to stay at the same time as the blossom festival. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop. Only issue was with billing that we are trying to resolve.

We had a great stay. Everything about the hotel is gorgeous. Unfortunately, at the end of the trip, I lost my AirPods. When I called to report it. Oliver in security was unbelievable friendly and helpful. He called me multiple times to provide updates and was able to find them and ship them back to me. You’re the man, Oliver!

the hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the Washington National Mall and the Tidal Basin. Restaurants galore in walking distance and 2 delicious ones in the hotel. The Penthouse restaurant is fabulous with an incredible view and outdoor seating. Staff at the hotel couldn't be better, rooms are comfortable with fabulous linen & pillows. Great gym and beautiful pool.

Highly Recommend. Gorgeous hotel. Rooms are residential feeling and lovely. Bedding is super comfortable--obsessed with the pillows. Love it! The wharf is a wonderful neighborhood with lots of dining options. A whole different feel than the rest of DC.

We had an overall lovely stay at the Pendry. The room and our view were amazing. The restaurant and bar were great and the location is prime. The review would be 5/5 had it not been for an abysmal and lengthy check-in where we also encountered a belligerent delivery driver, numerous keycard issues, and housekeeping refusing to honor the privacy sign on the door. Despite these challenges, the rest of the staff were amazing and we do plan to return for another stay!
