Best experience you could ever ask for. 10/10 experience all around. The service at the hotel, the amenities, the spa, the restaurant. It was all outrageously wonderful.

Went to visit a friend and decided to stay here upon a recommendation. The location, the views, and the building itself were breathtaking. The Staff and particularly Aiden @ the Front Desk were just wonderful. We were gifted an upgraded room and wasn't prepared for the WOW factor when we walked in. Handwritten note and a full charcuterie board greeted us on our dining table. Overall one of the finest stays I have ever had in the US. Don't miss this place!

An exceptional experience at this luxury location. My husband and I visited for one night as I was attending a business event in the area at the end of a week long Upstate New York/Catskills road trip. The hotel was incredibly located within the area surrounding the State park tucked very privately in the foothills. Stunning views/luxury experience from top to bottom: valet, concierge check-in, bag storage while awaiting our room (we arrived early and were permitted to use the hotel amenities/property while we awaited our room check-in), full service spa complete with infrared sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, heated pool, and Himalayan salt room. We used the outdoor amenities, pool/hot tub, and tennis courts during our stay (booking was easy) both a short walk away on the sprawling estate. The room was exactly as advertised - and included a small private patio which overlooks the property. Spotless upon arrival, comfortable beyond, and offered all expected luxury appointments - upscale water/coffee/tea in room, as well as a small bar fridge for our use. Also included a steamer for clothes which came in very handy. Our dining experiences were also excellent - my husband raved about the burger at Ladd’s and we enjoyed a breakfast (booked the included credit/valet package) of oatmeal and decadent eggs Benedict - with crab cakes - before our departure the next day….but not until we enjoyed one final dip in the outdoor pool, and visit to the steam room and sauna. Overall this was a great end to our trip, a treat for our tired bodies, and a getaway that refreshed us before a 7 hour road trip home to reality. Thank you to the staff who made our stay so pleasant and special.

Highly recommend. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Loved the pool and the e-bikes. Food was excellent. Ambiance and decor was exquisite. We felt safe, comfortable and at ease. Loved hiking the trails and watching the horses meander through the park. Definitely worth the cost.

I visited this spa in the summer, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful — the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease. The staff were professional and friendly, which I appreciated. However, the spa itself didn’t quite meet my expectations. The relaxation room felt underwhelming — there wasn’t a space where you could truly recline, elevate your legs, and relax before or after a treatment. If you want that kind of experience, you need to go to the pool area, which isn’t quite the same. I’ve been to other spas, like the Eau Hotel in Palm Beach, where they have a quiet garden nook that feels peaceful and intentionally designed for real relaxation. Something like that here would elevate the experience tremendously. Also, no champagne upon arrival? A small welcome drink is a nice touch that makes guests feel pampered, and I was surprised it wasn’t offered. On a positive note, the spa amenities were great — they had blow dryers and curling irons, which I didn’t use but appreciated. My massage was average, though I did enjoy the scent of the oil and the scalp massage was a highlight. All in all, it’s a beautiful property with potential, but the spa could benefit from more luxurious, thoughtful touches to match the elegance of the location.
