Upon opening, it was hailed by Architectural Digest as one of the most beautiful new hotels in the USA. In other words: this is a luxury hotel with style and heritage and the best of The Big Easy at its doorstep.

I stayed at the NOPSI and when I say awesome from the time of my arrival until my departure…started with a greeting from Amber in valet, then w/Bellman Dominique that that took care of our luggage. Upon my departure Bellman Dereck was a gentleman as well. Dex whom checked me out was also a gentleman. I forgot the guy name that was working valet during our stay that held the door for us, can’t forget about him. But honestly everyone that I had an encounter with was very nice and welcoming. My next trip to NO will definitely be at NOPSI.

My experience at NOPSI was second to none. They made me feel like my home away from home. From check-in to check out everything was great. Sean at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He made my stay fantastic. Will definitely stay here again. Next time y’all visit NOLA ask for Sean at the front desk.

From checking in to checking out everything was perfect. Sean made the check in so easy. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to not only answer them but also explain. We will definitely be back! 10/10

Dereck Cravinas was extremely helpful, got us settled in and I didn’t even have to lift a finger, a friendly face was definitely needed after a 5hr long drive. Thank you Dereck .
