Experienced a time that I can only describe as completely fabulous in every way. The property is breathtaking and exceptionally well kept. This was our first time at the Nemacolin and it will absolutely be the first of many returns. We stayed in the Chateau - the room was exquisite; butler service was the cherry on top of a perfect stay. We dined at Aqueous, Fawn and Fable, The Peak, Gusto and enjoyed in-room dining. All amazing menus, meals and wait staff.

Lovely experience but very odd change of price for rooms during our stay. We booked at a certain rate but the hotel changed the rate to a higher amount on the last night. Very unusual answer…. The rate went higher due to that particular type of room being sold out on that date???? A policy that should have been included prior to booking!

My wife and I had the privilege of staying in the Chateau at Nemacolin several weeks ago and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff were excellent and friendly - from check in to check out, it was white glove treatment and very professional (the butler is a bit over the top but a nice touch). The resort - featuring spacious rooms and bathrooms (the toilet is a little quirky tbh) to the magnificent grounds and all the amenities in between, is top notch. While we weren't there long enough to take advantage of everything Nemacolin offered (or nearby activities) - white water rafting, skeet shooting, wildlife adventures, mini golf, the casino, the spa etc., I was able to golf and the both of us loved the expansive gym. We were also lucky enough to dine at Aqueous one night and the food was outstanding - incredible seafood, steak and great service. I would certainly head back to Nemacolin down the road as it's a perfect jumping off point for lots of southwest PA adventures.

We just checked out of Grand Lodge this morning with our 2 boys ages 14 and 12 years old. It truly was a fantastic experience. From the moment we checked in and met our butler, Ken, he made us feel very welcome. I have to say, the butler idea was not well received with my husband. However, Ken was great and was only around if we needed something. My boys loved the freedom t go and explore- and there is soooo much to see and do. Specifically, we loved renting bikes, ropes course, hardy gym, shooting the clay pigeons and whitewater rafting. The staff is truly incredible especially on those experiences. We loved the decor all over the property. Highly recommend the restaurant at Falling Rock- Aqueous - it was nice to have a date night while my boys had so much fun in the arcade and bowling. The culture of staff was extremely impressive and could tell that took pride working there and wanted to make sure everyone had a great time. The only thing is the food specifically if very expensive. Some items were priced right but others not so much. I would recommend going to the cafe for coffee in morning and PJ's for smash burgers and ice cream for kids were great values. Glad we stopped and got to experience such a wonderful place!
