We enjoyed our one night stay at the Lancaster Hotel. We attended a concert at the 713 Music Hall and the hotel was in a perfect location (about three blocks away). The valet was very pleasant on arrival. The front desk was kind and welcoming offering us refreshments. Room was clean and everything functioned. The free snacks was a fantastic surprise. The buffet breakfast in the morning was fantastic with plenty of seating. We will certainly be back to the Lancaster Hotel.

We have stayed at many hotels and this hotel ranks right up there. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the friendliness of their staff, you can’t have a better experience in Houston. The reception and restaurant, Cultivated are exceptional. They are always well staffed. Gary at the reception was awesome as well as the cleaning staff. The only drawback was that the mini fridge was too small to store my food. No doubt, I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in a piece of history was wonderful. Breakfast was served hot daily and it was tasty. Our room was fitted beautifully. The service at this hotel was exceptional across the front desk and restaurant, Gary, in particular, addressed our concerns promptly, making our stay truly enjoyable.

What a top-notch hotel. We've just returned from a long weekend stay at The Lancaster Hotel and had a very enjoyable time. The hotel is self is historic and decorated in classic fixtures. The beds were comfortable (even the fold out sofa was nice.) The stand-out of the property was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and polite and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is within walking distance of things to do and several good restaurants and eateries. Will definitely be back next time we visit Houston.
