Right from my check-in I knew this was going to be an amazing stay. Jamal at the front desk, welcomed me and was exceptionally upbeat during my late night check-in. The hotel was well designed and very aesthetically pleasing. Jamal made it a point to explain all the amenities of the hotel in detail, ensuring I got the most out of my stay. My room was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Atlanta.

We had an event in downtown Atlanta and decided to spend the night. Instead of heading up to Buckhead or elsewhere, we decided to give this property a try, and we sure are glad we did! The style is impeccable (very Instagram-worthy), the amenities were great, and it's in an outstanding location, but beyond all of that was the service. From the front desk staff to random people you'd pass in the hall, I've never met friendlier or more outgoing employees. If there's a minor quibble, I wish they had told us that you need a reservation to sit by the pool during check-in, but it all worked out for us in the end. The next time we need to stay in the city, we likely won't even look anywhere else. No question -- we'll be returning!

This is one of the nicest hotels in Atlanta, if not the nicest. The architecture and construction or incredibly unique and the ambiance has an artist flare that makes you feel like you are at the High Museum. The amenities are second to none. If you are around the Old Fourth Ward area for leisure or business travel, it is a must see!

Jamal at the front desk is exceptional! He really made me feel special on my birthday weekend staycation! The room upgrade was a nice touch. I really enjoyed my stay. For the pool deck, be sure to reserve chairs ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful, always available and quick to respond to requests. The premises are clean and the area is very nice, accessible to the belt line, so the location is ideal. There are many restaurants in the area you can walk to, and the hotel restaurants are also amazing. Don't miss the Moonlight Bar, beautiful views of the whole skyline. I will stay there again when I visit Atlanta.
