We enjoyed the suite which was lovely and comfortable. The toilet was tight for large people.. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The shopping in the neighborhood was great and you can’t beat the location! Also an easy walk to Fine Arts Museum. I would stay there again.

Very quiet and in a nice area easy to get around the locality. The staff are extremely helpful in all aspects. The T station is only a block away and gives access to the green line to get all around Boston. Highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of nice walks in the area if that interests you.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our weekend at the Eliot. It's a very clean and charming boutique hotel in the Back Bay. The location was perfect for us as you can walk to numerous restaurants, shops, bars, and parks. We had mentioned to the Eliot that it was our anniversary and they were kind enough to extend a room upgrade and a complementary breakfast, both of which were very much appreciated and added to our memorable stay. The service was excellent as everyone we spoke with, from the front desk, valet attendant, front door attendant and interior staff members were courteous, professional & friendly. When we return to Boston, The Eliot will be where will be staying.

What a delightful little gem in the Back Bay neighborhood. Very centrally located, especially if traveling to visit a couple of the universities as we did. The staff was wonderful and the rooms are very quaint with the most comfortable beds! We won’t stay anywhere else while in Boston!

I was immediately upgraded upon arrival. The hotel is always charming. The staff, a lovely young man named Italo helped me. The new decor is warm and welcoming. The junior suite was lovely and comfortable. Great bed and pillows. The door valet was so helpful and polite.
