This place is like a step back in time and loved every minute of it. It was elegance but in a very mid-century kind of way. The room was refurbished from back in the 1900's and it was very clean and comfortable. The views were beyond expectations and like a movie scene with the Golden Gate Bridge outside of the window. Loved having the dogs all-round as well.

Such a lovely hotel that felt like we were alone which we very much needed. The staff were so kind and attentive. The room luxurious and thoughtful in every area. The views spectacular! Dinner at the restaurant was incredible and the flavors out of this world. Thank you so much for having a menu with gluten free options. It took away all the stress that dining usually brings me. I so appreciated that! We will 100% return!

Beautiful location. Great food and nice grounds. I've stayed here many times over the years and this was the first time I felt the quality of service dipped and overall just not as great as it used to be. Didn't feel as welcoming and when we had an issue in our room it wasn't easily resolved. Also visited their spa and the treatment wasn't as good as it was pre-COVID, and there was landscape maintenance happening (weed whacker) right outside my massage room window during my massage (not relaxing...schedule landscape maintenance at another time??). Also the mercantile shop used to be stocked with lots of good items. This time inventory seems low and not as good. Loved the fresh cookies though!

I can't say enough about our recent experience at Sula. We hosted a graduation party there, and everything was top-notch! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was incredible. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue selection. Special thanks to Helen for going above and beyond to make sure the day was special! And thanks to Francisco, Manuel, and the team of people that made the night run smoothly. I look forward to returning!

Very nice place in a beautiful location (at the base of the Golden Gate Bridge). We stayed in the historical rooms, former officer's residences at Fort Baker—part of the Golden Gate National Recreation area, which is why we decided to stay there. It was absolutely beautiful room. We had dinner at the Farley, the on-site bar/lounge, which was pleasant (salad and French Dip sandwich). It is a luxurious lodging experience, but is very pricey. If the high-quality experience is worth it to you and you can afford the cost, you will undoubtedly enjoy Cavallo Point.
