I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at Virgin Hotels Shoreditch. From the jolly check-in experience to the spectacular bathroom and shower steam in the Chamber Room, everything contributed to a fabulous stay. I found the bathroom particularly delightful, and the shower steam was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's atmosphere felt cool and inviting, and the staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to look after us. I truly wish we had more time to explore the other on-site experiences, like the rooftop pool, which seemed awesome, and Hidden Grooves. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast—what a treat! We are definitely planning to come back again soon. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Had a wonderful time staying at the Virgin Hotels Shoreditch. From the jolly check-in experience, to the spectacular bathroom in the Chamber Room - it was a fabulous stay throughout. I would stay again just for that bathroom alone! Vibes of the hotel seemed cool and chill too - wish I had more time during my stay to experience the other on-site experiences i.e. the rooftop pool and Hidden Grooves. Room service breakfast was also prompt and delicious!

This hotel really delivered for our stay. If you’re looking to explore Shoreditch or you’re visiting this neighborhood for work, this hotel is a solid choice and is a change of pace from other subdued corporate hotels. Room size is adequate and the furnishings are all nice. We actually had a one bedroom suite which was awesome but I am sure the lower category rooms will also be nice. We had 3 sides of windows overlooking the city, a sofa and sitting chair, a table for two, and a Smeg fridge and mini bar in the living area. The bedroom had a super king bed, freestanding bathtub and of course an en suite bathroom with a steam shower feature. The vibe is retro cool but not overly hipster or overly done. Wood flooring and tile (heated in the bathroom). Air con was perfect as we stayed in the summer and wasn’t loud or blowing on you while you tried to sleep. The bed frame style is modeled after their Upper Class suites on Virgin Atlantic flights and the mattress and pillows are very good. Linens crisp and clean and a good weight. The whole room was clean and bright with light. This will be our go-to Shoreditch hotel recommendation from now on.

We arrived early and were very grateful for the luggage check in. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were great, but the one thing that was missing was a plug near a mirror to use the hair dryer. This is a must for us ladies and needs to be addressed. The view outside my window was poor, it was a graffitied run down car park and not nice to look at!! The breakfast on the rooftop was very nice, but the staff were very forgetful so we had to go and get condiments ourselves. All in all a very good stay. I’m just waiting for my deposits to be refunded as it seems to be taking an age.
