The rooms are beautiful and the service was excellent. I want to say I especially appreciated the help of Thomas. I fell and hurt my knee. He helped me and set me up so I could still go out, lending me a cane. He helped save my trip! Everyone helped so much and there was great service and housekeeping, especially Pauline. Also, for London this place is a bargain. Room service is relatively inexpensive. It’s across the street from the tube, and on 4 very efficient bus lines. Walking distance to the Museum of Natural History and the Victoria & Albert museum. Many restaurants and cafes at the doorstep. Great location, excellent service, really cute and comfortable rooms. Mattress was great too! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to London. Great boutique hotel!

This is the second time we stayed at this charming boutique hotel. Great location, across the street from the subway that takes you directly to LHR. Tasty eateries nearby, as well as the V+A Museum, Hyde Park. etc. Excellent service.

Loved our 4 night stay! Loved 1. Staff is excellent and very accomodating. Special thanks to Thomas! 2. Rooms are decently large, bed and sheet quality is excellent 3. Illy coffee machine and luggage room were a nice plus 4. View from room and location could not be beat 5. Several restaurants and cafes in the vicinity 6. Close to V&A museum and park, Chelsea and areas in walking distance 7. Aircon! Disliked 1. Furniture seemed a bit worn our 2. Didnt get that 5* feeling from the property, that said I did enjoy my stay very much.

Perfect hotel for a visit to London. Centrally located, and so convenient with South Kensington tube station across the street and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has double glazed windows so no issue with noise. The staff are all wonderful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast is in the Italian restaurant below the hospital and is great quality. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting London. We have stayed the last 2 years in a row and will definitely be back.
