Wonderful stay 10/10

We stayed at Northcote Manor for a night away with my husband and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. When we arrived, we were delighted to be upgraded to a gorgeous lodge room. It was beautifully designed, really spacious and so comfortable. We had the seasonal tasting menu with a cheese course and it was honestly 10 out of 10. Every course was packed with flavour and looked stunning on the plate. The cocktails were just as good and the staff made the whole experience even better. They were so friendly and attentive all evening and made us feel really looked after. The next morning we had breakfast delivered to our outdoor terrace which felt like such a treat. The highlight for me though was discovering the level of care and honesty from the team. When we got home I realised I had left an expensive watch in the room. I called them straight away and they had already found it, handed it in and arranged to post it back to me. That really says everything about the kind of place this is. We had the most wonderful stay and I honestly can’t recommend Northcote Manor enough.

Great food, having eaten here on numerous occasions this time was the best. Tasting menu great, as was a la carte. Breakfast great quality. Room extremely warm (should have A C in a hotel like this) . 2 x fans in room, but still extremely hot. Food score a 5. Room brings overall score to 4. Lovely attentive staff

Amazing stay from start to finish. The food is Devine, and the attention applied by every member of staff is second to none. It was something I have had on my bucket list for years so this year as an anniversary treat we booked a stay with the seasonal gourmet 5 course dinner. We required one of the courses to be changed due to our taste, they did and such an attention to detail was the menu that was brought out to us on the terrace and the small menu on the table reflected our unique version of the menu. Another lovely attention to detail was the anniversary plate at the end - thank you Highly recommend
