Ajwa Sultanahmet is everything and more than I imagined it to be—truly one of the highlights of our family’s Turkey trip. This was especially refreshing after having a few questionable experiences at other hotels during our travels. From the moment our taxi arrived, we were treated like royalty. What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and attentive the entire staff was. I’m convinced this is how they treat every guest. Special thanks to Abdul at the front desk, Maria at the concierge, and the incredible bell team for going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even arranged a kid-sized bathrobe for my little one, which absolutely made his day. The hotel itself is breathtaking. Walking into our room felt like stepping back into the Ottoman Empire. The décor—intricate wood inlays, elegant wallpaper, golden accents—was exquisite, and seamlessly blended with modern conveniences. It was both luxurious and cozy, making it hard to leave. I also treated myself to their traditional Turkish hamam at the spa, and it was an experience I’ll cherish. Highly recommended for anyone visiting! And then there’s Zeferan, the hotel’s restaurant. The Shah Pilaf was hands down one of the best dishes we had in all of Turkey—rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. All in all, our stay at Ajwa Sultanahmet was magical. It’s a hotel that doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them in every way. We can’t wait to return!
