First they put me on a terrible room for 850 i upgraded to a beautiful corner unit for 1000 (breakfast included) it wasn’t included spoke to people at hotel and they where terrible, horrible communication staff not great at accommodating just bad hospitality! Will recommend you to stay in a 5 star hotel like Fouquets or Casi Ciprianni as they are so much better and for same price

We travel to NYC at least once a year and usually stay closer to Times Square…. I found this gem while searching some other options. Great price point and the hotel is simply spectacular! Staff very friendly and helpful, stunning decor. Great size rooms and immaculate bathroom. Mini bar was the best I’ve ever seen too 😀 I can see why the reviews are so awesome. We will be back for ALL future visits to the city! One insider tip is to make sure you book a table at the lobby bar as it does get busy and we didn’t realize they took reservations but we were able to squeeze in on their last table of 2 😀

We stayed in a Grand King Room for a four night break in NYC as a couple. The interior design of the room and hotel were beautiful and the whole hotel had a gorgeous smell. Bed was large and comfortable although pillows not to my taste (very soft and squishy although I’m sure they would have swapped had I asked). Shower room had high-end amenities, luxurious towels/robes and a lovely heated floor with large shower. Small touches like ‘make-up remover’ wash cloths were a great idea. Staff were very friendly and excellent house-keeping service. We thought the location was perfect for us being a little away from all the hustle and bustle but still really easy to access main tourist attractions. I’d be hesitant to stay in any of the smaller rooms especially if you have any luggage though as felt like our grand King was just big enough. If you’re a light sleeper, I would request a room away from the elevator as the ‘Bing’ was very loud. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant and felt it was reasonably priced. Also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the hotel bar but this was less reasonably priced and let down by serving champagne in a wine glass. Main reason for marking as 4* rather than 5 is that I had told the guest relations in advance that we were celebrating my partners birthday and getting married on our trip. A small acknowledgment from them would have been appreciated. This and a few of the other ‘niggles’ stopped it from being a great stay although would consider staying on future trips.

Exceptional interior design, amenities and housekeeping! I always do my due diligence when booking a hotel. My standards are basic: clean and safe. However, the Wall Street Hotel went above and beyond with their interior design, amenities and housekeeping. Just seeing the hotel from the outside and the lobby was a WOW! The interior design of The Wall Street Hotel was simply beautiful. You definitely felt like you stepped into an Intercontinental, Four Seasons or St. Regis (but at a fraction of the cost)! It felt like you were wrapped in luxury. Plus, the amenities like the Frette linens, Le Labo toiletries, strong shower water pressure, cute room slippers, sound proof walls/ceilings, reasonably priced room drinks/snacks as well as the small touches like Gatorade in the hotel gym said every detail was thought through. This hotel was very clean from your own room to communal spaces (ie hallways, lobby, bar, restaurant). Every hotel should have the same cleaning protocol! Also, the area felt much safer than other parts of NYC. Yes, downtown is not in the center of NYC life, but we were fine taking the subway for 20 minutes to get to wherever we needed to (ie Times Square, Brooklyn, UES or Midtown). Plus, the key card had to be used in the elevator 24/7. It wasn’t just at night. Lounge on Pearl (hotel bar) was such a pretty space with good drinks and good food. Highly recommend the Pearl Martini. Service was great, too! Customer service at La Marchande (hotel restaurant) needs work. We waited over 40 minutes for a table though had reservations (for weeks). The hostess kept saying they were cleaning our table, but it looked like the restaurant just allowed the previous party to keep chatting about. It does not take 40 minutes to clean a table! Then, we waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Unacceptable when you have kids waiting to eat dinner! Like other reviewers mentioned, The Wall Street Hotel needs to be better versed with benefits of its hotel loyalty programs. I had similar issues. My benefits were not recognized initially. I ended up talking to the Assistant Manager and she offered a solution. I appreciated her help, but a hotel guest should not have to deal with this kind of unnecessary problem. Overall, The Wall Street Hotel has a ton of potential. I would love to see it thrive for many years to come, but needs to improve in multiple areas.

My family was pretty excited to goto the city. I booked the hotel through FHR from Amex. It seems the front desk is not aware of the perks of FHR or just ignore it when checking in. No upgrades given even when they had an upgrade available. The rooms are ok. Bar and bar food is good.
