You’re always welcome to groom or help clean the stalls of the exquisite Lipizzaner horses at the hotel’s stable. A luxurious few days

I've stayed at other leading hotels in Zermatt but the Grand Hotel is my favourite so far. A nice balance of luxury but a little more focused on making a stay more enjoyable and less on the "snooty" aspects of luxury. Amazing views of the Matterhorn from breakfast before you start your ascent or whatever else you might have on your mind. Great location of course. Pool, sauna and steam rooms were excellent.

There are absolutely no words to reflect my appreciation for each and every staff member who are so incredibly professional and friendly. I can not think of even the smallest detail that was not deserving of a perfect 10/10. I can not wait to return.

This was our second stay at Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, and both visits were absolutely fantastic. Everything about our experience was exceptional—from the warm hospitality to the impeccable service. A huge thank you to the manager and all the staff for making our stay perfect. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward to returning again soon!

We spent 5 days in Zermatt at the Grand Hotel and had an amazing time! All of the staff were first rate, the room was wonderful and the full service included breakfast made the stay even better as we didn't have to figure out an early morning meal option before hitting the slopes. The spa and gym equally great and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here when we return.
