Cosy quick getaway

Super lovely experience and staff. Everyone’s been very welcoming and attentive since the moment we arrived. We stayed in Corales villas and visited the resort section but nothing compared to the service you receive here. Respectfully they should continue that feeling throughout even if you don’t stay in the same building as they’re a sister establishment. Nonetheless we’ve had a great time. Special thanks to Ismael by the pool who’s been so attentive and kind and made us feel much more welcome than the sister resort. Highly recommended for queer couples too.

Very friendly stuff, great breakfast with variety of food and drinks, rooms are really nice and well thought through. Clean and beautiful surroundings, marvellous view from the pool and balcony. Didn't enjoy my time in the swimming pool where children and their parents behaved crazy. Treating place as their private and having no regard for other people. I was hit, bumped into and splashed constantly. They have occupied half of the pool playing ball or laying on inflatable sun beds in a small pool. Being very loud and throwing their children in the pool or jumping into it even though it was not allowed and they were told off several times by lifeguard. But as I said they didn't really care. Even if they said they were sorry to you, they would just continue doing the same again. Same applies to smoking in the pool, by the pool or in the restaurant. Absolutely unacceptable! Don't like hotels that charge you separately to go to sauna (20 eur) or for parking. They were very adamant to throw you out right at 12:00, however they did offer courtesy room for 1 hour as our transfer from hotel was at 19:30. They wanted 200 euros to stay in the room till evening.

I stayed with my boyfriend, and we enjoyed every single detail. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. All the staff members are very welcoming, attentive, and kind. The breakfast was amazing, every evening we looked forward to it. José from the breakfast team really makes an effort; he is very attentive and professional. This was the perfect vacation.
Amazing Massage with Guacimara

I had an 1 hour massage with Guacimara in the spa and it was one of the best treatments I have had the ambience was so relaxing and the spa itself itself is beautiful. If you book a massage make sure to ask for Guacimara 🙂
