I visited with a friend recently for 5 days and felt the need to recommend this hotel. The One Barcelona was one of the best trips I have had, one reason for the staff alone. In particular Domingo was incredibly helpful, welcoming and went out of his way to do anything he could to improve your stay. Along with Hacunda and all of the catering staff, room service etc, staff at the spa, all were simply fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is an ideal location and breakfast is superb. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel in optimal location. Concierge services went above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you Isaac, Cesar and Fran. Also thank you to Domingo and Daniel. What makes this hotel great is the people that work there. Montse thank you for addressing our room issue immediately. We opted for the breakfast and this also did not disappoint at all, healthy as well as Catalan options. Thank you Gabriela for going beyond to make our breakfast meals delightful. We did extensive research about where to stay and boy did we select a great place. We will be back for sure.

I was in Barcelona with my girlfriend and stayed at The One Hotel. We did allot of research of hotels before selecting our hotel and The One exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a great location.. The spa, rooftop pool and gym are excellent amenities that we enjoyed. The biggest reason to stay at the hotel, something that we read in reviews but found found out first hand is the friendly, informative and prompt service of the people that work there. They created a boutique hotel environment where you felt comfortable engaging with everyone on the staff. They encourage you to ask questions, request services or just have engage in conversation. We fell in love with Barcelona and the big part of our trip's success was the first classes service we experienced from the people working at The One Hotel. I highly recommend staying there if you plan to visit Barcelona.

Hotel was in a great location with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (not always authentically Spanish, but you can get tapas and drinks). Great transport links on Diagonal and walking distance to Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. The hotel is in an affluent area, with lots of high-end shops nearby. Service was very good. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The gym was well kitted out (for a hotel) and I only ever saw one other person in there, most of the time I had it all to myself. The pool was quite small, but they only had so much room on the rooftop so what can you do? The rooftop restaurant and bar was quite pricey in comparison to the surrounding restaurants and cafes, but the food was high quality. The measures of the drinks were quite generous too! We didn't buy the breakfast package. We gambled on the fact that the surrounding cafes would be cheaper and cater to our needs, which was definitely the case. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you're looking for sightseeing. 100% would book again.
