One Farrer Hotel is a lifestyle retreat hotel-resort in Singapore defined by its intuitive and trend-setting approach towards hospitality, remarkable amenities, and unique features such as its award-winning permanent collection of original art from across Greater Asia, the largest of its kind in the city, and its 15 water and tropical gardens, including a fully operational farm. Set in the district known as Little India, with Farrer Park MRT station right at its doorstep, the hotel offers a great location from which to set out and explore the city.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Stayed at the Dahlia suite and dined at The Nest private dining for my husband's birthday. From the moment I reached out to the Nest team, Sham has been ever attentive and helpful. She understood my needs and helped with booking the room and coordinating with the chef for a bespoke menu. She's extremely responsive when it comes to communications and made it feel effortless to pull off the surprise party for my husband. She also took initiative to decorate the dining room beautifully. Sham's dinner service was also attentive, nuanced with good pacing. She's so sensitive to the moods in the room as well, knowing perfectly when to stay and chat a few sentences and when to leave to give us privacy to dine in. The Japanese fusion menu at The Nest is also really amazing. It's overall contemporary but still holds the classic Japanese value of showcasing the natural flavours of the ingredients. Each dish was boldly livened up with flavours that complemented. It's a meal that's interesting but still ever so comforting - familiarity elevated. I was told the chef has worked in Japan before and the meal certainly shows that. As for the room, the Dahlia villa, it's perfect to host a garden party for a group of friends. Room has a seating area that is slightly partitioned off from the sleeping area. There's a large outdoor set of pools - warm, hot and cold and a sizable garden to relax in. The wine fridge in the room also came in handy. The staff are fantastic at fulfilling requests, setting up all we need for the party. Amber was the one to show up initially to our room and she's ever so kind. Do take note that the waterfall at the pool, which can be heard in the room, turns itself off at 10.30pm but starts back early at 6.30am. I was told they could arrange to have the timings changed if needed. Overall, a fantastic stay! The staff here really care and it shows in our experience here.
