I don't think I can find enough positive things to describe my experience at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. Travelling to Singapore alone was absolutely amazing, but Fullerton you exceeded my expectations of the standard in all my travels. I visited in July 2025. This hotel is the definition of family. From the location, to the staff, to the food to the rooms...EVERYTHING was GREAT!! The view from our room, the rooftop were all overwhelmingly fantastic. I have to give a special mention to Diana who checked us in. Her customer service was good. Inviting, attentive, warm and friendly. I also would like to highlight WARREN!!! I feel like I found my long lost friend. My interactions with Warren were so comfortable, informative, engaging and amazing. We had a slight issue with our room but Warren was a superhero and fixed it right away. The customer service is top notch at the Fullerton. When it was time to leave, I literally cried. That is how much of a warming experience I encountered. I loved Singapore and Fullerton Bay so much, I am coming back in November.

We went to the Landing Point for the Memory Lane Afternoon Tea. The high tea was delicious and our server, Hailee, took really good care of us and explained the dishes well. All in all an amazing experience
