This has been my 2nd stay at Vivienda Hotel Villas in Riyadh. Whilst my first stay in August 2015 was at the group's first hotel at Awad Al Turki Street, this time I chose to stay in one of the group's brand new properties at Vivienda Residence. At both stays, I have been overwhelmed - overwhelmed by the extremely friendly and personalised service by the team (customised breakfast delivered to the room/villa, included in the price) as well as this amazing, mediterranean sense of space, luxury and feeling of "home" - in the centre of Riyadh! My trips to Riyadh have always been on business, staying for two and three nights and Vivienda has been perfect (great wifi, enough space to work, superb locations). Another motivating factor and sense of luxury were the kind of high profile cars parked in front of the other villas as well as the generous aqua di parma amenities in all bathrooms. I will definitely be back, both on short business stays or longer project assignments.

A good equipped villa with spacious rooms. The staff are great. The security level is high. Unfortunatly, the exit is dangerous for cars. There should be more signs to slow down the speed. I would stay again in the same villa. There is no supermarket, resturants or other shopping stores nearby. U should have your own car to get to other places.
Excellent place in Riyadh, highly recommended!

I have stayed in Riyadh for more than one month with my wife and our baby. Vivienda Hotel Villas was an excellent place serving all our needs. 1) It offers a spacious villa with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen and 3 bathrooms for the price of a standard room in a hotel of the same standard. (There are also bigger villas up to your choice). At the same time, you have all kinds of services of a 5-star hotel. All the villas are decorated up to a high standard. 2) It is located in a quieter neighbourhood, but just few quarters from the central King Fahd Road and close to a big shopping mall. 3) Villas are inside a compound-like area, which provides a nice place to walk around or sit outside. For Western women it might be important that they can walk without abaya in open air on the grounds of the hotel. 4) Management is very friendly and takes care of individual needs of the guests. During our stay, the management helped us to find a car to rent, solved problems with our internet connection and even helped with learning Arabic! 5) It is also a good place to meet local people as there are many Saudi people who attend the hotel restaurant. It is an all-round suberb place and esepecially very helpful for foreigners who want to feel themselves comfortable in Arab culture.

فندق فيفندا فندق فخم جدا.. ويميزه عن غيره من الفنادق بانه عبارة عن فلل وليس غرف كما هو متعارف في اغلب الفنادق.. تصميم الفندق والفللل مختلف مميز جددا.. الفلة عبارة عن دورين يوجد صالة في الدور السفلي و بها طاولة طعام و دورة مياه وواجهتها من الزجاج و تطل على حديقة جميلة .. والدور العلوي توجد به غرف النووم.. يعيبه اسعاره المرتفعة..
