Our stay at Las Brisas was lovely from the room, to the restaurant and the impeccable customer service. The highlight was working with Gabriela Gutierrez! She handled our endless questions with grace and delight. She connected with well-informed drivers that matched our pace and upbeat personalities. We will be going back to Merida soon and will definitely book through her again.

Very nice staff, willing to help always! Excellent food in the restaurant Modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The pool area is very pretty. Everything was good, except in some rooms the air conditioning DID NOT WORK!! It was very hot. Also once in a while the water in the shower did not get hot.

Clean and comfortable room! Elbert was extremely kind and helpful every single day. My only issue was the restaurant, our portions were extremely small for the price we paid New Year’s Eve. We spent $550 usd and were still very hungry. Our breakfast the next morning was okay but there seemed to have confusion about how we would pay causing our food to sit there and get cold as we went back and forth with staff and front desk. It could have been a smoother experience

Beautiful hotel. Service is excellent. Rooms are quite, spacious, and comfortable. Restaurant is EXCELLENT- drinks, food, everything was great! Fitness center is adequate. Never checked out the pool, but looks beautiful.

The Wayam was a nice surprise for us. An aesthetically beautiful boutique hotel, with thoughtfully appointed rooms and spaces. Breakfast both days was a gourmet experience and i highly recommend it! Great staff like Luis, the door man, who was very helpful. Comfy rooms too!
