I don’t even know where to start. We left Hotel Mousai today unfortunately and it was hands down the best spot we’ve been to. All of the staff are amazing. There were a few for us who really stood out. Jeanette at Noi breakfast, Eduardo at the rooftop north, Ernesto the butler. I know I am forgetting some but everyone was amazing. The food and service were impeccable. Aside from a few small things everything was perfect. We were in the Ultra Suite North tower. The construction noise did not bother us (and we were on the side closer to the construction). If you want to take an afternoon nap though- may want to stay in the South tower until construction is done. I have no clue how anyone could complain about this place. Our favorite restaurants were Dao and Noi- but all were delicious. We really loved the breakfast at Noi. We typically stay at Sandals when going to beach vacations- and this was so much better. I can’t recommend this place enough. We can’t wait to go back.

Honestly, this is my favorite resort ever- and I have been to so many in other cities such as Cabo and Cancun. The service, food, and ambiance is just on another level. I went here two years ago with my partner, loved it so much that I had to take all my friends back here for my bachelorette. We loved it so much that we wish we had more time, even though we were here for 4 days! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much to all of the staff here- from our pre-concierge Ramon, booking team Omar, and butler Diego. You are all amazing!

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Mousai, and finally got the chance. While I booked at Garza Blanca, their sister resort, they upgraded us to the adults-only Hotel Mousai at no charge, and it was wonderful. The staff, the service, the view, the pool, the beach, the rooms. We didn't pay for the all inclusive option, and that was OK because we weren't spending all day on property. But if you're in PV and want an amazing stay, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the romantic zone, definitely try Mousai.

Took my youngest daughter to celebrate her birthday. I didn’t have to even worry, butler was in touch with me before arrival and also the concierge. Everyone made sure ( extra thanks to Greta) that we had an amazing and unforgettable experience. Truly the best hotel in the world to go to if you like to be pampered. Not my first, but definitely not my last stay. Thank you all

Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta is the most luxurious resort. The food is outstanding, the views are beautiful, but the rooftop exceeds expectations. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Not only do they take care of you, it is clear the staff all get along and have fun. Yan and Ernesto at the North Tower went out of their way to make us feel special and at home. We celebrated our honeymoon there and they made it the best week of our lives. We wish we could spend every day at The Mousai Rooftop!
