The best part of this great hotel was the wonderful concierge he arranged for us to be collected from the airport and go on a fantastic tour to the temples. The location could not have been better, walking distance to museums, parks and wonderful restaurants and cafes. It was perfect for children as it felt very safe and they had an amazing pool area with a view of the Angel.

We enjoyed our short stay in Galeria Plaza Reforma. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ate a hearty breakfast each morning that was included in our reservation. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and compassionate as I dealt with identity theft/hacking originating from the US on the second day of our stay. Jose at the front desk asked after our well being daily. It was great to feel genuine concern during our crisis.

Check in was a bit iffy. My flight arrived early and I got to the hotel at 7am. They wanted to upsell me to the same room but with breakfast, concierge and business center for $35 per night or $35 once to get my room now. Once in though the experience was phenomenal. Staff was amazing. Helped me with late checkout with no fee. Security keeps a watchful eye on who is in and out. There was a wedding one night that made things a bit noisy. And the area is in the heart of night life so it can be noisy. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel. Centrally located. Clean. Safe. Upscale. And good staff.
