Okay, but not as expected

Dated rooms didn't meet hotel quality standards. Too much humidity in the air kept towels wet through the next day as well as a wet feeling in the duvet and sheets. The shower flooring doesn't have sufficient grading to drain the water, therefore easily flooding the bathroom under the shower door and sink area. Hotel was pretty but lacking in service beyond superficial modern looks. Staff seemed to be contradictory when giving information, and food/drink service was subpar even down to two different bartenders creating wildly different versions of the same cocktail. I didn't try the spa services so cannot speak on the experience. An overall average experience compared to the per night rate.

The crew were amazing. Everyone was nice. My son enjoyed his birthday and was happy with the cake. The steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare.

Beautiful views on the mountain side of the hotel. Great salt water pool. Restaurant great also. Beds and pillows are comfy, rooms are nice. They don’t have microwaves in rooms. That was the only disappointment. All of the staff were very attentive. The ones that we mostly interacted with and stood out were Antonio, Jorge, Francisco, Fabian and Omar.
Would stay here again

Beautiful hotel! Nice big pool, wifi works perfectly, rooms are amazing. Service at restaurant is slow, I tried the aguachiles and they were alright. Restaurant manager is very kind and attentive and gave us a lot of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views from my room and their bar restaurant and bar. Delicious food. The staff are amazing and very friendly helped me out with anything I needed. If you don’t speak Spanish well like myself don’t worry they speak English too. The bed was very comfortable and good WiFi. Based off my experience with the Monterrey location I’ll be using them in Mexico City and when I come back to Monterrey.
