Great stay at the EQ

Excellent hotel, very stylish and good size rooms. We loved a family room which had two double beds which was perfect for us (family of 4). It’s in a great location, only 10 minute walk to the twin towers. Pool and gym was great, I would say the main pool was cold during our stay but our children didn’t mind. Our only disappointment was we couldn’t utilise the roofbar as our children were only 8 which was shame as we were looking forward to enjoying the views over dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families.
Spectacular Room with a View

We booked the Premier King Room and it is really worth the extra cost. We had a corner room with the spectacular view of Menara KL and Twin Towers. The view was really the highlight of the stay, both stunning in the day and at night. We also ordered room service and were very pleasantly surprised by the taste and the portion. Another highlight was the sauna and Tropical Monsoon Shower. What an absolute delight! We also enjoyed the pool and the power jets. This was my second time in EQ and I’m sure I’ll visit it again soon!

This was our second visit, with our first stay being three years ago—and we're happy to say the experience remains just as exceptional. From the attentive service staff to the well-appointed room amenities and prime location, everything continues to impress. The 24-hour gym is fully equipped with Technogym machines, perfect for any fitness routine. Blue (Sky51) bar offers the most stunning views of the KL skyline, and the cocktails are simply outstanding. Highly recommended—we're already looking forward to our next visit!
A rare, personalable treat at EQ Hotel, KL

It was a girls' pampering trip and we booked 2 rooms with EQ Hotel. What a lovely stay we had. From our room master, Sufi who allocated 2 rooms on the same floor for us to the hostess and waiters and chefs at breakfast to Sam and Naim, the ever smiley bellboys, their warmth was personal, help instantaneous and always accommodating. Breakfasts were varied, delicious (especially the local Malay dishes) and Western offerings. The view from our 46th floor King bed room with the twin tower right before us magnificent. Location is superb and walking distance to KLCC/Pavillion/Starhill/Fahrenheit etc. We have stayed at many big hotels and none as personable as EQ. Great name to reflect a great value system. Will definitely pick EQ again.

Outstanding service, all the trimmings of best in world premium service standards - special mention for Sam the concierge, Steve the Chef, Anas the Maître de, all of the receptionists, wait and bar staff and of course the room attendants. - the pool, gym and spa are wonderful too.
