We stayed for 3 nights prior to our cruise. Hotel is a short drive from Haneda Airport. We used private transportation, Tokyo Airporter, to get us here. It is attached to the Queens mall which is a huge perk. There is so much food and shopping inside which is very convenient. We used the pool two days. There is a fee to use the pool but the pool facilities are very nice. You also get a free ice cream each day at the pool. We had breakfast buffet included on a couple mornings. Buffet was ok, there wasn't much choice and the choices for "western" food were even more limited. We stayed in a luxury triple park view room. There were 3 individual beds which were perfect for our needs. Room and bathroom are huge. Balcony is a nice bonus, we had a view of the ferris wheel. Room included alot of toiletries as well, toothbrush, razor, hairbrush, etc. All staff is very nice as well. Easy access to everything if you have accessibility issues. Cruise port is 2km/1mile away from hotel. Highly recommend if you're in the area taking a cruise.

Good choice of hotel for visitors to Yokohama , who want to stay outside Tokyo, or pre or post cruise. Its rooms are fairly standard, but with the bonus of balcony’s, with views across the bay ( if booked) .The beds are comfortable, and it’s super clean . Bathroom well equipped, once you get used to the Japanese style toilet ! In walking distance to the Red Brick Warehouses, and there’s a nearby food court. We caught a train into Tokyo central for the day . Good choice of fairly upscale hotel at a sensible price .

I enjoyed my stay here and loved the bay view from the balcony complete with a view of the ferris wheel. The lobby looked very classy with helpful and friendly staff. The room was also very comfortable with a walk-in shower. My favorite part is the convenience of the location. It is directly connected to the Queen's Tower, Landmark Tower, and the Minato-Mirai station so you never have to step outside at all. MARKIS is also just a crosswalk away from one of the above malls. Tons of restaurants and cafes within a walkable distance. It is also an enjoyable short walk away from World Porters for more food and shops. One notable thing to mention is that they do not provide bottled waters. Instead, a pitcher is given and you can get water from the ice room on each floor. But convenience stores are only a few escalators away where you can get bottled waters if you wish. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

It was beautiful hotel and so comfortable! The beds were high quality, the bathroom and bath amenities were top tier. The view was something amazing. The service was stellar, warm and accommodating. I hope I have the chance to stay here again. It was on the limousine bus route from Narita airport and we were dropped off right at the door of the hotel.

This was our pre-cruise hotel, we stayed May 2-6th, 2025, during Golden Week. We opted for the Bay Club Floors, staying on the 23rd floor, which enabled us to have access to the Bay Club Lounge which we visited and immensely enjoyed every day. I did extensive research on the surrounding hotels and chose this one for not only its location to the cruise port but the shopping, restaurants, tourist attatractions and closeness to the train stations. There is access to the mall via this hotel which is great if it is raining-lots of stores and restaurants which we loved. First, the airport limousine bus from Haneda Airport stops here, which is so convenient. Upon drop off the staff greeted us right away and helped us with our luggage, escorting us to check-in, which for us was on the 25th floor. Check-in was fast and easy, everyone was super helpful, telling us where the stores and restaurants were. (As a side note, we did visit the lobby check-in on the 2nd floor and again, everyone was friendly, helpful, even helping us to print out our luggage tags for our cruise.) Our room was very nice, spacious, clean, modern, and the bathroom was spotless with lots of amenities. I had read so much about the Japanese toilets and ours did not disappoint!! My husband wants to install those in all our bathrooms! The entire hotel staff was excellent with impeccable service, especially on the bay club floors. Even though we made sure to learn some Japanese, had Google translate readily available, alot of the staff knew english. They made our stay a memorable one, and their hard work and dedication to detail can’t be overstated. We loved the daily breakfasts and nightly receptions at the Bay Club Lounge. The views were stunning. A shout out to Mr. Hiroaki Hyodo, the hotel operations manager, for making us feel so welcome, and leaving such a lasting impression on us. He was so down to earth and easy going. We hope to visit Japan again and most definitely will be staying here. We highly recommend!!!
