We stayed here as part of a family trip to Tokyo. We were delighted to get 4 beds for four of us (2 adults and 2 children) which was different from most places in Japan which expected the children to sleep with us. Japanese Breakfast was fabulous. The only downside? The pool charge. We expected a pool charge but it was excessive. We didn't swim once. Other than that a great stay.

Excellent hotel for us. It is located close to Haneda International Airport and the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal. Spacious & comfortable room with everything we needed. Very helpful & friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Just outside the hotel is a Lawson convenience store.

Easy check in. Room is nice and large. Nice area, beside train station, very easy walk to shopping mall, restaurants, convenience store- a Lawson. I woke up at 4 am and could not go back to sleep. I , and the rest of the family, decided to take a sunrise walk. Was not able to see the actual sunrise but the bayside walking areas were very nice. The parks were clean. The temperature was warm and humid, typical for summer temperatures, but very nice area to rack up those steps.

Stunning hotel located in a great spot with the monorail nearby to get around Tokyo and two large shopping malls, Sega Joyopolis and teleport station not too far as well. Staff here were very friendly and all very courteous! Our room was a standard guest room but was perfect for us, great view and had plenty amenities. Bed was comfortable and being up 17 floors didn't hear any noise or disruption. Breakfast on 30th floor was sushi which I enjoyed. The lobby breakfast had more selection and more western style. All in all we loved it here and didn't want to leave! Thanks to all the staff at Grand Nikko daiba! Gary

Excellent location for the Cruise Terminal but not for Tokyo itself. Also allows easy access to Hanada Airport. Seems a bit old fashioned but excellent in all respects. The rooms are large with all the amenities you'd expect of this standard of hotel. Beds comfortable. It's a very large hotel with many facilities. For example the whole of one floor seems to be a dedicated wedding venue. Breakfast restaurant is downstairs but evening one is on top floor. Even if you don't want to eat there it is worth going to the bar for the views. Early evening, as Tokyo gradually lights up, is stunning. There are several shopping malls within walking distance and lots of restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel.
