A mid size modern hotel, close to Mishima station. Loved the Muji-inspired styling. All guest requirements considered. Views of the top of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Great onsen on the top floor with inside and outside bathing areas. Lovely modern restaurant on the floor below with an amazing view of Mount Fuji.

Stayed for 1 night in a twin room. Rooms were clean, beds were hard and pillows too thin. Great views of Mt Fuji. Dinner was good at the resaurant and breakfast was busy but reasonable. Good location to station and shops. Was good for short stay.

This hotel provided one of the most magical moments of my holiday. I had a room with a view of Mount Fuji and as we arrived on the bullet train the mists cleared, giving an amazing view all evening. It’s quite something to sit and look at! Although my room was also above the station, it added interest and wasn’t a problem. The hotel also provided lounging suits. Had a nice meal at a place close to hotel with lovely, helpful staff.

Wifi as a facility of the hotel, cannot be used. Wifi can't connect. The staff's response was just to say they were busy and say sorry. But its your responsibility and can't connect wifi with sorry word. I think this hotel with the worst hotel in japan. I regret staying here.
