Outstanding hotel close to Shibuya train station and Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The view from the 33rd floor was fabulous. Our room was equipped with everything you need including L'Occitane products and even pyjamas. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful five-night stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for an upmarket stay.

My family and I spend 5 nights at the Cerulean Hotel in Shibuya on our visit to Tokyo. The hotel is well situated in Shibuya but is a little removed from the hectic hustle and bustle that Shibuya is known for. The rooms are well appointed and look to have been recently refreshed. Our room had a fridge stocked with soft drinks and beers which were included in the room rate (the mini-bar was extra). We also had access to a lounge on the lobby floor which included light snacks (including ice cream) , coffee and other beverages. Staff at the hotel was accommodating, though we found the restaurant recommendations from the concierge to be quite poor. In contrast, the bell and the front desk staff were exceptional and eager to please. In summary, the Cerulean hotel is a nice modern hotel which is well situated for those who want to be in the Shibuya district but about 500 m removed from the action. It was good value for money and if I come back to Tokyo, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

My family stayed at the Cerulean on a recent family trip to Tokyo and highly recommend it. The staff were polite, professional and efficient. Everybody from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant were welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well appointed. Our room also had a great view of Tokyo. Really nice to sit and look at the lights at night. The breakfast was also delicious. The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to Shibuya station and all the shopping and restaurants the area has to offer. And just behind the hotel is a charming neighborhood with quite streets that seem a world away from Shibuya.

Really enjoyed our stay. At a time when many properties seem to be cutting back, this hotel is fully staffed and full of amenities that I thought were long gone. The large bathrooms have all the toiletries you need for your stay. I mean everything. Housekeeping does an amazing job every day. No skimping on service. The staff is plentiful, friendly, helpful and engaged. Location is perfect. Rooms - on the large side, bright, modern, clean and very comfortable Breakfast - While the buffet isn’t as expansive as others I have had, the quality of the food is top notch and well above other hotel buffets.

From check in to departure simply wonderful, friendly and warm service. When we entered with our luggage they descended upon us taking our bags and doted on us for 4 days, always with sincere smiles and grace. The executive lounge was great and their staff was wonderful. Always fresh breakfast, snacks and drinks. And after a day wandering the city they always welcomed you back with warm greetings. As others have said they had the best amenities we have ever seen. And the rooms were comfortable and spotless. Would love to return someday.
