Each of them also feature either a patio or a balcony, and views of the gardens, the pools, or the sea. The villas are lavish and dashing, with numerous bedrooms, spacious outdoor living spaces, and private swimming pools. Moreover, your residence comes with a dedicated cook to prepare your meals, a private butler to tend to your every need, and daily housekeeping to keep your home away from home immaculate.

Dining

The cuisine at Half Moon takes you on a culinary journey through Jamaica, with dishes inspired by both the countryside and the sea. Many of the venues incorporate wild-caught seafood and garden-fresh produce sourced directly from the island for a distinct flavor inspired by Jamaica.

Half Moon Dining

The Sugar Mill – With contemporary twists on Jamaican classics, meals at The Sugar Mill are a treat for the senses. Order a beloved dish, such as the seafood brochettes flamed with rum and brandade with ackee flan, and dine alfresco beneath lanterns and swaying palm trees.

Delmare – An award-winning seafood restaurant with Italian influences, this elegant space features local artwork within a dining room overlooking Eclipse’s white sand beach. Indulge in fresh-catch meals of red snapper, grouper, and shrimp in a fine dining venue that enjoys one of the Caribbean’s most stunning backdrops.

Hayward’s – Open seasonally for breakfast and lunch, this al fresco restaurant features an open-kitchen design and unparalleled views of the Caribbean Sea and the Great House Grand Lawn. The cuisine is Jamaican inspired yet worldly in influence, with dishes prepared on the spot.

North Pointe – Located on the northernmost point of the island, this outdoor bar and grill, overlooking an infinity-edge swimming pool, serves light fare, from tacos, sandwiches, and salads to seafood, as well as tropical cocktails. Children’s dining options are also available.

Spice – Slow-cooked, jerk-style Jamaican food is served beachside at this casual beach bar and grill. After you’ve made a splash in the waves, stop by to dine on delicious local fare paired with specialty cocktails. Beach service is also offered.

The Maakit & Boutique – The casual, grab-and-go setting at this eatery lends itself to a variety of authentic Jamaican offerings, from freshly-brewed coffee and delectable pastries to hand-crafted sandwiches. Visit to peruse gift items and products made by local artisans to take to loved ones back home or to keep as souvenirs from your Jamaican vacation.

Lester’s Bar – Named for artist Michael Lester, whose paintings depicting daily life adorn the space, this chic bar offers craft cocktails, premium spirits, a large selection of Caribbean rums, and live entertainment. Try Half Moon’s signature cocktail, Legacy 65, and say cheers to years gone by and those still to come.

Cedar Lounge – With spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the island’s vibrant sunsets, this bar at the heart of Founders Cove serves light fare and beverages, including the Yellow Bird cocktail developed by Half Moon more than 60 years ago. Evenings feature live performances by local acts, including the oldest mento band in Jamaica.
