We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. But the concierge went above and beyond to help us with many needs. Great service. Delicious looking breakfast that was included but that we did not have an opportunity to fully try. The matcha and coffee and in-house pastries were great. Lots of cute details that we appreciated. Will stay here every time I am in Florence from now on. Make sure to hit the complimentary spa and swim in the current or do the cold plunge. Also complimentary reformer Pilates. We also got a great rate on hotel tonight.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We had a nice studio with a spacious bathroom. The room was very quiet although it is in a very dense touristed area two blocks from the Duomo. Personnel was professional and helpful and the breakfast staff were delightful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of offerings. The hotel was very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The public areas in the hotel, eg, bar, were spacious and were great for entertaining guests.

The hotel has a great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, and a complete gym. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a serious issue. We rented a car and used a garage recommended by the hotel, which charged higher rates claiming it would ensure our car could legally access the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) where the hotel is located. We only used the car to leave and return from the highway, yet we received three fines at the same place and time on different days. When we asked the hotel to help us clarify this with the authorities, both the hotel and the garage refused to assist, placing all the blame on us. Very disappointing for a 5-star hotel that should provide full support to guests—especially for services it recommends. Be careful if you plan to rent a car here.

This hotel is in a great location. Just a few blacks from the city center. Came here to do a site inspection to vet for my agency's luxury portfolio. I had the opportunity to meet with the owners, who are an amazing couple. They are young and innovative, and full of life, which shows in this establishment. I have clients headed to Florence and this will be the go-to hotel. From the live music, which is refreshing and the great cuisine and the relaxing, unassuming spa, this is for sure a place you cannot miss when visiting Florence. The last surprise this hotel offers is a combined yachting experience. I am excited to return.

This beautiful Boutique Hotel is wonderfully situated and is a great place to stay in Florence. It is fun and elegant and the staff is kind and caring. And most importantly for visitors, you are just minutes away from all the major points of interest.
