Great hotel with wonderful staff

If you are enjoying all the excitement in Rome, it’s great to return to a wonderful hotel with such a welcoming staff. The people at the reception desk let you know that you are on a luxury vacation from the moment you arrive. After our hectic trip, we were greeted with warm smiles, and a cold glass of Prosecco . Also, I I cannot say enough about the staff at breakfast. There was a Ukrainian woman with blonde hair, her name escapes me. She took care of us at breakfast every day . She could not make us feel more welcome as she served us the most delicious breakfast I had ever had in my life. She always greeted us with her warm smile and help us start our morning in such a nice way. On our day of departure, the front desk informed us that there was a train strike. They quickly helped us make plane reservations to Milan so we could meet up with our departing flight back to the U.S. The rooms are modern, beautiful, and quiet. I would highly recommend this beautiful and accommodating hotel.

Starting three months before we arrived our guest experience was special . Dana our concierge along with no less than 6 other front office/reception team mates made every minute of our upcoming trip to Roma special ! We chose this hotel over dozens of other great old Rome Center hotels based on reviews. My wife and I are huge hospitality people who have hosted many things from 2 to 1000 people at a time. To be on the receiving end of the best hospitality we have ever seen anywhere was special. I wanted this trip to be very special for my wife. I never expected the response I received after just emailing a few simple questions. Over the next three months Dana literally built us a full schedule that had an incredible experience each day but also had plenty of room to breath or explore for the unexpected and wonderful surprises that Roma offers. Rich history, the Vatican, St. Peters, dozens of other incredible churches with so many great artists like Michelangelo and more. The suggestions for experiencing Roman food and more were always incredible ! As you can see from our pictures the experiences with breakfast and more at First Roma Dolce were fantastic and that is how we started each day. The staff throughout the hotel from Front Door, to room attendants and more was first class. If we are fortunate someday and can return to Roma this will be our home and base of operations for hopefully more friends and family. Great train service just minutes from the hotel connects you to anywhere in Italy for day trips or a two day trip then return. Dana and the team excel at making your stay memorable beyond your expectations. The Pavilions Hotels , their owners, their teams , their mission is something you should experience !

This is not our first visit to Rome, but it is our first time staying at this hotel. I used to walk a lot in this street before and I did not know that there was a hotel here. We booked it and stayed there for 3 days. It was the best. From the moment we entered the gate, the welcome was there until we arrived at the reception. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. I would like to thank the receptionist and the guy who works at the door I think his name is Enrico. Breakfast was on the table and not a buffet, but everything was available from healthy foods, cheeses, fruits, eggs and pancakes. The two breakfast employees were very helpful and cheerful. Thank you to them. Sophia and Vita. And of course the lady who cleans our room

This is a beautiful & sophisticated hotel. The decor and cleanliness were superb. I love the variety of pillows and the high-tech rooms. The bed was great and we appreciated they had an English TV channel. But let me tell you the best part of this hotel - THE STAFF!!! Everyone from the doorman, Bryan, to the ladies working reception, Alina & Merve, were so kind and helpful. I feel like they love their jobs, which is important. I was impressed with the professionalism and communication as well before arriving. They made our honeymoon feel so special! We look forward to booking our next trip to Roma to stay with them again!!
