Beautiful hotel, Amazing, welcoming staff. Helpful services and very accommodating. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful rooftop terrace. The cocktail hour on the rooftop is also special. Special mention to Alex who went out of his way at the front desk to make my stay comfortable after arriving after midnight for checkin. the staff were top notch!

Spend 4 nights at the First Roma Hotel. Our flight was cancelled to Rome and missed our first night. The hotel was so wonderful with our car transport and held out room. When we checked in Anna was so great with check in and showing us our room. We immediately went for breakfast on the rooftop with the best view. Everyone in the hotel was wonderful! This boutique hotel, so close the everything was a must stay! Upon check out. Alex was wonderful with all our questions and our departure. 100 percent would stay there again. Also, room was great for our family of 3!

We overnighted in Rome in May and stayed at The First Roma Arte. The hotel was recommended to us by our travel service company, and it turned out to be a very good choice. It is a lovely small hotel, with modern amenities. The rooms are very functional, with large bathroom, walk in closet with safe. It is very modern and clean. There are restaurants on property, we used the rooftop bar, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very helpful, from check-in/out, handling of the luggage, to accommodating our special request for a shower chair. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It is very centrally located, literally one minute walk to a few restaurants nearby. We had a lovely lunch at one of the restaurants. We also requested Uber service from the hotel, and it worked without a hitch. Granted it is not cheap, but considering it's Rome, and we would definitely return and stay there again in the future.
