Amazing hotel; beautiful and great staff. The gym is really nice and I’m glad it’s always open. The beds are very comfortable. I’d recommend going to Dizengoff for good restaurants and to ben yehuda for good bars if you’re here over the weekend, and the Carlton is located near these places

My stay at the Carlton Tel Aviv was outstanding! The hotel is beautifully situated on the Tel Aviv beach. We had perfect weather. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The N'espresso coffee maker was a welcome addition. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a great view of the boardwalk and the water.

The facilities at this hotel are excellent and well maintained. The staff is highly motivated and serious about providing outstanding and friendly service. This hotel thrives on the return business of loyal customers. The culinary offerings are of exceptional quality, including an outstanding breakfast buffet featuring high-quality gourmet items in a dazzling, diverse selection. The primary restaurant on the first floor offers a delightful and exquisite Friday evening meal at a fixed price. Here too, another incredibly awesome, rich and delicious buffet. Something for everyone: great cuts of prime meats to vegetarian offerings. Everyone will be happy. The hotel takes its culinary services very seriously and with great diligence. Note for North Americans: In Israel, in the winter, the heat is on. The air-conditioning systems are NOT sophisticated, so there is NO cooling when it may be warm in your room. This is a "known" issue in Israeli hotels. They cater to people used to warmer temperatures, so the standard bedding will make you overheat at night. If it’s too much, you could throw the heavy blankets aside or ask housekeeping to remove them. Special commendations to staff members Gila, Roman, Eti, Fabian, Simon, Reuven (concierge), Gal (night manager), and Joy and Solomon at the breakfast buffet. It was a flawless stay. We will be back.
