The rooms are always clean, the breakfast was delicious and staying at NAIA, you are able to access KYML AND KORALI Pools, Jacuzzi and breakfasts! There is one best part of the trip—- and that is Thodoris!!!! He is the gentleman that takes you to the room and always greets you with the biggest smile. He was kind, helpful and always positive

My husband and I spent six unforgettable days at the Myconian Naia and are already dreaming of our return. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were welcomed with warmth and treated like family by the incredible staff. Everything exceeded our expectations—the room was stunning and meticulously cleaned twice a day, the breakfast spread was phenomenal (offering everything you could possibly want and more), and the overall vibe was perfectly relaxed. Despite being in bustling Mykonos, the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis—never crowded, always serene. Each night ended with a nightcap at the outdoor bar, where a live saxophonist set the perfect mood. It truly felt magical. Special thanks to Stella, Maria, Theodore, and the rest of the outstanding team—they go above and beyond and absolutely deserve all the praise. We highly, highly recommend Myconian Naia. A top-notch experience from start to finish.

Me and the wife both had a lovely time at Myconian Naia, on arrival we were greeted with a cocktail and the lovely Stella from the concierge team who treated us so well during our stay. We were also upgraded to a hot tub suite and we used it every evening to chill out and watch the beautiful view from our balcony. All the staff at Naia were attentive to our needs and we would like to shout out Theodore the buggy driver for always dropping us to and from our room as the hotel is set on a bit of a step gradient and he helped us up and down in the buggy, he was always happy and smiling and loved a joke, Stella again made our trip memorable and gave us recommendations for restaurants and booked us a few trips. The breakfast staff of Maria & Anna they were both amazing and chatted to us and their service was amazing. In the afternoon/evening when we went for drinks to watchthe amazing sunset we had ioana who was lovely and looked after us and Last but not least means least there was Kostas a very interesting, intelligent, bright & cheerful young man who chatted to us most evenings and agin his service was second to none. Overall we had an amazing time and wil definitely be returning. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay the best. You should all be proud of the amazing service you offer

Wow this hotel is special! From the moment we arrived to start our honeymoon and we were greeted by huge smiles at reception and we heard the saxophonist who happened to be playing a song we had just had at our wedding in the UK, we knew that this would be a holiday to treasure! This small hotel is beautifully appointed and maintained and its position on the hill above the beautiful Mykonos town gives breathtaking views from dawn to dusk including spectacular panoramic sunsets - just spellbinding! With just 18 rooms in the Naia, you almost feel like you are in your own villa, attended by the really caring and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel really special during your stay. We were so glad to have booked 10 days which gave us chance to really appreciate the high standards and friendliness of all of the reception, restaurant, kitchen, the saxophonist, plus cleaning and portering staff - you were all wonderful and made our honeymoon so memorable - thank you!! Special thanks must go to Maria and Anna for their excellent breakfast and daytime service and to Kostas in the evening restaurant team for bringing such good humour and many chuckles to our evenings! Also to our lovely cleaner Eleni for keeping our room immaculate. As regards the food options - we loved the choice of food in the Naia Japanese restaurant (especially the rock shrimp tempura which was just amazing!) and it was also so great to be able to experience the excellent restaurants in the sister hotels (Kyma and Korali) on the same site as part of our half board booking. Our favourite was definitely the Naia Restaurant though! What more can we say? We had a fantastic memorable stay in this lovely hotel - thank you all so much! 😊❤️

I would highly recommend this hotel in Mykonos. Valia and Stella were most helpful with their recommendations and the service was exceptional. Staying in this hotel allows you to dine in their other hotel restaurants which are nearby. The Thalassa pools in the spa are a must and the room itself with the private pool was lovely.
