The hotel’s prime location places you near the lovely Isar River and the city’s sprawling English Gardens, as well as many of Munich’s top cultural attractions and museums. Munich’s city center is just a short walk from the hotel.
The 89 individually decorated guestrooms and suites are smartly designed by interior designers Kuffler Inn Design with parquet floors, silk-finish curtains, velvet armchairs, and neutral palettes, with gold-framed art adorning the walls. Book a Deluxe Double Room to face the peaceful courtyard garden; some have balconies suitable for a drink from the complimentary minibar, which is refilled daily. Alternatively, choose a suite for a separate living area. Consider the Maisonette Suite for a private roof terrace and the Presidential Suite for its stunning Steinway piano and a private sauna.
Room service is available around the clock, and daily newspapers (both paper and digital) and shoe shining are complimentary with your stay. Children are welcome, with a kids’ menu in the restaurant and painting books from the reception desk. The hotel also offers a chauffeur service, two meeting rooms for functions, complimentary WiFi, and the lovely Palace Wintergarten adjacent to the garden.
Three separate venues allow you to choose between Bavarian specialties with original recipes from typical Kuffler cuisine, afternoon tea, or Asian cuisine, as well as cocktails and relaxed drinks to suit your mood.
Munich is a vibrant, lively city, and Hotel München Palace reflects that. The hotel is an ideal retreat, as well as a destination for activities and dining. Work out in the 24/7 Technogym fitness facility on the fourth floor of the hotel. Unwind in the steam bath, sauna, or rooftop terrace. Afterward, order coffee and cake in the garden, which has a pergola and a terrace. Dine on casual or fine cuisine, sip your favorite cocktail, or relax with an in-room massage.
Explore Munich at your leisure with one of the hotel's complimentary bicycles, and take a chef-prepared picnic lunch to the English Garden, the city's huge public park. In summer, take in an open-air performance at the amphitheater in the Olympiapark. View contemporary art at the Haus der Kunst, head to the museum quarter at Kunstareal, with its world-class cultural institutions, or attend a concert at the Munich Philharmonic before discovering Munich’s vibrant nightlife.
Located on the upper banks of the Isar River, the Hotel München Palace is in the Bogenhausen district of Munich. The Bavarian National Museum is directly across the river, and the Museum Villa Stuck is a two-minute walk around the corner.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. Great location (easy access to bus and tram), very helpful and kind staff, great options at breakfast (also gluten-free upon request) and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Great mattress too! A very enjoyable stay. Would definitely return and recommend. And that it's across the street from "Käfer" didn't hurt either.

This was perfection. Very comfortable room with a great bed, great shower and a spacious balcony. One of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere. Hotel bikes were just right for an early morning ride thru the nearby Englischer Garten. Topped off by great, personable staff - after 23 hours of flying the welcome was so warm. The only downside .. we only stayed the one night. We’ll be back again!

A real jam, a place to return to, as I've done for three times. Great service, wonderful rooms, spotless and inviting, and amazing breakfast. The gym is quite disappointing though. Location convenient, but not in city center. I will return.

This is a hidden gem. Hidden on quiet side street in a beautiful neighborhood. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were Incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and anxious to help in any way. The facility is very relaxing and immaculate. First day we were tired and stayed in to eat dinner at the hotel. The food was terrific and we struck up a conversation with a very engaging man who turned out to be the General Manager (Kay). He provided lots of very helpful information and it was obvious he was proud of the hotel and of the city. It was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in every aspect. Thanks to everyone we interacted with at this lovely hotel.
