This is our second time staying at Hotel Regina and we are excited to go back again in the future. The first time we came as a couple and stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite. This time we brought our 2 daughters. While we are a family of 4, it was nice to see the family suites easily accommodate 3 children. The staff was friendly and the room very clean and comfortable. The beds are a bit hard, but my husband loves that so he was quite happy. I do with the family rooms had a view of the Eiffel Tower as well, because the girls would have loved that. Otherwise, 10/10!

5 out of 5 World class service: Concierge - Hameed provided us with advice about the city including restaurant reservations and leveraging the local trains. He was warm, kind and very knowledgeable. Reception - Sla made us feel very welcome and special. Sarah and Stanley also made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant - Jonathan at breakfast was a delight - welcoming, warm, and graciously allowed me to practice my Spanish. Yassin at dinner was also very knowledgeable on his wines and the menu, and was warm and welcoming. Front door - Eric was so much fun. His humor and his kindness were highlights of our trip! House keeping was also great. Our rooms were taken care of twice a day (evening turn down). The hotel itself is beautiful and historic with rooms, views and a great restaurant. The location is perfect also - the Louvre is arose the street, the Siene is a 5 minute walk; Concorde plaza is a 10 minute walk, Notre-Dame is a 25 minute walk and the Eiffel Tower is a 40 minute walk. A experience of a lifetime! Thank you to everyone at Hotel Regina!

The hotel has a great location, nice classic Parisian style and we were treated wonderfully by the guest reception and concierge. We booked a renovated room with a view of the Eiffel Towel. Housekeeping was disappointing. They blew through our DND one afternoon, and every day they put a request for DND under the door even though there was no DND on the door after 11 am, so we had to ask for service every day. Breakfast was inconsistent. Every morning they would let the buffet run out of items. They also would not announce when the buffet would close, but just closed the doors to the buffet room. On Sunday morning a young lady of the service personnel who looked like she was in charge was constantly on her cell phone versus attending guests. The in room coffee service was instant coffee, versus a real coffee maker which is expected at the price point of this hotel..

As usual the experience with the Hotel Regina was exemplary. From the service to the outstanding staff who has remembered us from previous years to the culinary staff which seems to have improved their skills and professionalism. I do need to point out that like me the lady in some places shows her age but with the constant maintenance it is still an outstanding experience and w.e will continue our relationship with this great lady. Many cudo to the ever diligent concierge staff. Who make the experience effortless
