My experience at the Hotel Napoleon Paris was deeply disappointing from the moment we arrived. We requested an early check-in after a long journey, and while we understand this isn't always guaranteed, the staff's attitude was completely unaccommodating. They made no effort to be helpful or show any empathy. When we made the simple request for them to call housekeeping to get an approximate time for when our room might be ready, they refused. This left us exhausted and waiting for three hours in the lobby. To make matters worse, the lobby itself was unclean. We had to sit on a dirty couch with used glasses left on the table in front of us.

We highly recommend Hotel Napoleon! It’s an exceptional hotel in every way. The staff are wonderfully kind and professional, and we would like to especially recognize Souleymane, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. The location is also fantastic—both beautiful and convenient. A wonderful experience all around!

The Hotel Napoleon is one of those quintessential classic hotels that are great in everything a good hotel needs to be. Location is superb (although a quieter area; if you are looking to explore Paris’ nightlife, maybe consider a different location). Service is amazing and the staff is really friendly. We had two « hard » situations in Paris, one when arriving due to the Tour de France roadblocks and another with a possible taxi scam in a trip from Disneyland. The Hotel helped us in both situations and we saw that day that service was great at the Napoleon. We just feel guests who were checking in during the last day of the Tour de France should have been warned by email as roadblocks around Champs Elysée especially affected access to the hotel. We had a hard time getting to the hotel that day and we could have planned better if we knew, even if just by some hours, what we would have to face. Nonetheless, the hotel staff helped us a lot to navigate the situation and everything went well after a while. Another minor comments would be regarding possible refurbishments the hotel could consider, especially in what regards the shower and the rooms. In spite of that, the experience in our suite was just fine and we enjoyed the stay very much. We also felt the restaurant (although the staff was very friendly) to be a little underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The bar also closed early and was mostly empty, so the environment was not really ideal for guests who wished to stay a little bit later at the restaurant/hotel bar. Overall, a very nice experience at the historic Hotel Napoleon!

Very grateful for finding the Hotel Napoleon. The facility has a great location and the building itself is first class in every respect. All of the staff we encountered were highly professional. Very strongly recommend!
