We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at the Keppler. The service was above and beyond, the entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is well stocked, the rooms were very clean, housekeeping was top notch, the AC worked very well (not to be taken for granted in Europe), we loved the breakfast each morning, there are plenty of spaces to relax, and we enjoyed well made cocktails at the bar. We were two families of four and booked the junior suites, which offered plenty of room and the pull-out beds were very comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the kids! Merci beaucoup!

I stayed here over the weekend of the Paris marathon. I had a quiet, beautiful, comfortable room, the breakfasts were fresh and delicious and the gym and pool were small but perfect. It was a quality hotel that I will return to in the future. I was very impressed.

I have mixed feelings about the Keppler. The location was excellent, rooms were quiet, and overall finishes were very stately. The pool and spa were the reasons I booked the hotel but my main complaint was that you had to request for the sauna or hammam/steam room to be turned on 20 minutes in advance. This takes the spontaneity and relaxation out of a vacation and was a let-down. The room I booked was their lowest tier and I was alone so the very small size was fine, but definitely would NOT fit two people. It barely fit myself and my suitcase.

Had a very pleasant 5 days in the Keppler. It is well situated, close to L'Arc de Triomphe. Very comfortable standard room, though it was a bit on the cramped side. Nice thick blinds and curtains, and cosy, comfortable bed. Only one desk chair, so bed needed for sitting on. Again, the bathroom tried to fit a quart into a pint pot, largely succeeding. The lounge areas were nice and comfortable, and the bar service excellent. Very helpful reception. Sadly, breakfast let things down. The scrambled and boiled eggs, cold meats, etc, etc were fine. However, the sliced bread was stale, not really helped by toasting and the croissants little better. It didn't look like they were replenished daily. Fix that and I'd give it 5*.

Beautiful hotel. The location of this hotel is ideal for close proximity to the Arc De Triomphe and the designer Champs Elysee shopping area. This area , on our visit was exceptionally busy (national holiday) but the street this hotel is situated on is very quiet and soundproofing aided us with restful sleep from all outside noise. All staff are friendly, polite and knowledgable. Email correspondence before our arrival was efficient and detailed and the hotel kindly arranged airport transfers for us which was an exceptional service and made our arrival and departure from CDG very smooth. We had an early morning flight but on arrival at the hotel our beautiful room was all prepared and ready for us. The added touch was the wonderful concierge, Para, acknowledging the reason for our stay - a special gift for my husband’s 50th birthday. All staff were helpful on recommendations for patisseries, eateries and areas of Paris to explore that would enhance our visit. Cleanliness, attention to detail and care of this lovely hotel is exceptional. From the breakfast selections with freshly made omelettes on request to the team that discreetly prepared and serviced the rooms daily - attention to detail was second to none. Our stay was wonderful. The spa area was also a haven for relaxation after our busy days exploring the delights of Paris. For us, this was a fiftieth birthday treat to remember - made extra special by the wonderful Keppler staff and facilities. We would happily return to this Parisian gem in the future. Thank you.
