Hotel de Paris Saint-Tropez, is hands down the best 5 star hotel in all of Saint Tropez! The location is unmatched, literally steps to the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife. It’s the only 5 star hotel in the actual heart of St. Tropez that has a rooftop pool with incredible views and alfresco dining. My husband and I have been coming to St. Tropez and staying here for the past 5 years. We have now made it our annual summer destination, it’s the best! If I’m being completely honest, I’m not sure we would feel the same about the hotel if it weren’t for the Head Concierge, Samuel, and the impeccable staff. Samuel is a part of the magic of Hotel de Paris. We’ve traveled all over the world, stayed at many five star hotels, and I have never found a concierge as capable and well connected as Samuel. Let’s just say, some people can make the seemingly impossible, possible! Every summer, when we arrive in St Tropez, we are just as excited to see our friend, Samuel & the friendly staff, as we are the hotel and the beautiful rooftop view of the Côte d’Azur!

Fantastic stay, very comfortable room and we slept so well. Then concierge team is amazing and incredibly well connected, also providing free shuttle service to beach clubs. Perfectly located in town to walk to shopping and restaurants. We upgraded our room for a bit more space as the normal room is quite small. If you are taller or larger be sure to check on the bed size (they have some circular beds that adorable but not practical if one of you is 6'3").

The staff is incredible, kind, professional and simply lovely. The design of the room is a little bit quirky and weird… I had a round bed and a round shower and no desk in the room so if you’re planning on sharing the room with someone the shower is completely open and right at the entrance. I think the design of the room needs a rework but other than that it was a great stay, breakfast is lovely and the location is incredible

Every summer my wife and I go back “home” to Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez. When my wife and I arrived this summer, Samuel was waiting. Not a staff member. Not reception. Samuel Andreo, the head concierge, the heartbeat of the hotel, and a world-renowned hospitality expert. He didn’t just greet us. He walked us through the lobby and personally escorted us to our suite. When we reached the door, I paused. Something was different. Samuel welcomed us to a newly upgraded "Suite Moses." The sign at our regular room had been upgraded and replaced with a beautiful, permanent plaque that read “Suite Moses.” After years of staying in the same room, Samuel and his team didn’t just welcome us back to our home away from home. They made it known: You belong here. You’re family. That’s what Samuel and his team do. They don’t just provide service. They create a feeling of belonging that’s baked into their DNA. It’s not forced. It’s not scripted. It’s instinctive. You feel it in every detail, and you never forget it. From that moment on, the month that followed once again became one of the most unforgettable masterclasses in true leadership, the cultural power of A-player teams, and what it truly means to create a world-class experience. Samuel isn’t just a concierge. He’s a conductor. A commander. A man who owns the client experience from end to end. One morning, I casually mentioned I had a quick event in Verona, Italy. Logistical nightmare, right? Not for Samuel. He made one call, then looked me in the eye and said: “Here’s how it’s going to go. Helicopter to the airport. Private jet to Italy. Mercedes waiting on the runway. You’ll be there for dinner. I’ll reverse the whole thing tomorrow to get you back.” Enjoying a beautifully orchestrated trip to Verona courtesy of Samuel. That’s not just service. That’s orchestration. The very definition of true leadership. Samuel doesn’t wait for permission. He acts. He owns the outcome. That mindset of extreme ownership is what separates good from great. It isn’t just Samuel’s ability to execute a complex task quickly. There’s something deeply caring, even paternal, about Samuel. He makes you feel safe, like someone is looking out for you. He’s never just managing logistics…he’s managing you. That level of care turns service into stewardship, and it’s a role he demonstrates to his team just as much as he does to his guests. Samuel doesn’t operate in isolation. He’s built and leads a team of world-class professionals who deliver excellence with precision, instinct, and pride. Samuel himself wears the golden keys of Les Clefs d’Or, a badge held by fewer than 4,000 concierges across the globe. It’s recognition not just for his skill, but for the way he leads: by example, with heart, and with relentless standards. His team is nothing short of exceptional. Céline, Romain, Alex, and Pierre – three of them also carry the Les Clefs d’Or designation, and Pierre is well on his way. For context: this is a 90-room hotel with four of the most elite concierges on Earth. That’s like having four hall-of-famers on the same Olympic roster for a modestly sized country. It’s not just rare. It’s unheard of, and it’s the engine behind the culture of excellence at Hôtel de Paris. Take Brice Delclos, the General Manager. Brice doesn’t lead from a distance. He shows up. He joined me on several runs during my stay early in the morning. Before each of those runs or my daily bike ride, I was the first one down to breakfast, greeted by the team. They were always cheering me on and became just as much a part of my routine as the workout itself. None of this was staged. That’s just how Hôtel de Paris operates. That level of care doesn’t end at the front door. Each time we walked into our suite, everything was already in place. Fresh flowers for my wife. Gluten-free bread. Organic snacks. The team knows we eat healthy and understands our preferences without request or reminder. It’s not just thoughtful. It’s precise. The Hôtel de Paris team remembers our rhythms and gets it right every single time. There’s no ego here. Just total alignment. The way this team moves, supports, and executes is like watching an elite Navy SEAL team in sync. Anticipation becomes instinct. Execution becomes muscle memory. And the standard never drops. You can’t train people to care like this unless it’s baked into the culture from day one. At Hôtel de Paris, it is.

My sister, my mother, and I came for Sunday brunch at the rooftop of the hotel and loved it. The view and the food were amazing. As far as service everyone was great, but Pierre was amazing. He was very attentive and kind, as well as took our rooftop photos for us. If you ever come for brunch, ask for Pierre!!
